At Bad Birdie, we want you to look as good as your game feels, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. If your new gear doesn't hit the mark, we've made the process simple so you can get back to the clubhouse in style.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Enter your order number and shipping zip code into our online portal to initiate your request and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method, a direct exchange for a different size, or a store credit bonus.

  Print and Pack

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, securely package your items with original tags attached, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
